APPLICATION
The LevelHub wireless, battery-powered remote tank level monitoring gateway enables users to easily record, transmit, and view tank or silo data from a phone or browser, while sending alerts for high and low levels to keep stakeholders informed. The gateway periodically wakes to collect data via Bluetooth from up to four EchoBeam 80-GHz radar level sensors. Data is transmitted over the T-Mobile LTE-M network in the US and Canada or Vodafone in the EU and UK to Flowline’s secure AWS cloud server, where it can be accessed through the LevelTap mobile App or the LevelHub.io website. Configuration is easy via the App or website, allowing users to grant view-only access to team members, set scan and transmission intervals, and enable email or push notification alerts. Data is exportable in CSV, JSON or API formats, and site locations can be viewed on a geomap. To start, purchase a battery or DC powered gateway, configure 1-4 sensors to it, and activate the data service by paying a subscription fee of $195 USD for 1-year on the website with a credit card.

CONFIGURATION
Download the free LevelTapTM App at the Apple Store or Google Play Store, and register to create your account. Following initial setup using LevelTapTM, LevelHubTM data can be viewed and additional configuration changes can be made through both LevelTapTM and the LevelHub.io website. Last, assign your EchoBeam sensors to LevelHub through LevelTap and you’re done.
BATTERY POWERED OR DC POWERED
LevelHub is available in battery powered and DC powered versions. Battery life depends on the configured scan and transmit intervals and on LTE-M signal quality. In factory default (where the gateway wakes to scan for data every 15 minutes and transmits data every 6 hours) the battery life exceeds 5 years with good signal quality. Thus shortening either interval reduces battery life, and increasing it extends battery life. Alternatively, the DC powered version ships with a power supply, and supports scan and transmit intervals as short as every 5 minutes.
