Reliable Non-Contact Radar and Ultrasonic Level Measurement

When an East Coast integrator needed reliable level measurement of their customers chemical totes, waste sumps and chemical storage tanks, they turned to Flowline. Their automotive client had several applications with level problems, and they wanted to solve them with non-contact level measurement. He explained that the totes had stuck float switches, the lift stations had corroded capacitance switches, and they had a bulk tank without any available fittings. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our ultrasonic sensor for their totes and 80-GHz radar sensor for their waste sumps and bulk tanks. The DL10 ultrasonic sensor is ideal for small tanks and the LR80 radar sensor is great for foaming wastewater or non-invasive level measurement on plastic tanks mounted in our adhesive tank top fitting. The ultrasonic and radar sensors provide reliable level data to the PLC which controls the process. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
