Oil Field Lubrication Tank Radar Level Measurement

When a Texas oil field lubrication distributor needed reliable level measurement of their field tanks, they turned to Flowline. Engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and grease are steadily applied to the pumpjacks and well site support equipment. Lubricants are transported from tanker trucks to field tanks. There client demand fluctuates based on numerous factors and the metal tanks are opaque which can lead to product outages. The operators wanted reliable level measurement and gallon indication at each four tank field site. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our LR10 radar sensor that’s unaffected by vapor or temperature coupled with our LI55 level controller.
