When a European manufacturer of water treatment skids needed reliable level measurement of their neutralization tanks, they turned to Flowline. These systems reclaim, neutralize, filter and return process water back into use, lowering water consumption and prolonging the life of process equipment. Prior to membrane filtration, acid and lime are dosed into the stage one mix tanks. There the engineers were dissatisfied with previous ultrasonic level sensors that became intermittent whenever condensation formed inside the tanks, attenuating their acoustic signals. For this reason, Flowline suggested our patented UG01 ultrasonic sensor that’s unaffected by condensation. The ultrasonic sensors provide reliable level data to the PLC that controls each skid. Flowline is reliable level measurement. |
