Fill Station Chemical Tote Radar Level Measurement

When a Texas auto dealership needed reliable level measurement of their degreaser chemical fill station, they turned to Flowline. Whether wiping off engines or soaking parts, the team goes through a lot of degreaser. To get more, they just walk to the station, place the fill tube into their bottle, and hold the button to dispense. During which, degreaser is metered from a 5-gallon tote, through the injectors and into the blended fill stream. The problem was that unless they opened the cabinet, they didn’t know whether or when they needed to replace the tote, and this caused frequent outages. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our 80-GHz radar sensor mounted non-invasively above the tote, connected to our level indicator and flash alarm. The radar sensor provides reliable level data to the level indicator which displays in gallons and actuates the flash alarm when a replacement tote is needed. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
