When a Southern California aerospace company needed reliable level measurement of their wastewater bulk storage tank, they turned to Flowline. As wastewater is pumped to the treatment system, the agitation generates foam, and the operators experienced problems with a prior ultrasonic level sensor due to acoustic signal attentuation. For this reason, Flowline suggested our LR20 radar sensor that’s unaffected by foam. The radar sensor provides reliable level data to the PLC, which monitors the tank, and transfers the wastewater into treatment. Flowline is reliable level measurement. |
