Concrete Admixture Tank Ultrasonic Level Measurement

When a Florida concrete supplier needed reliable level measurement of their chemical storage tanks, they turned to Flowline. The plant custom blends and delivers concrete to construction sites. During make up, chemical additives are introduced to enhance the workability, hardness and durability of each batch. These range from acids to surfactants and color compounds to polymers. The operator said that prior pressure level sensors had failed due to clogging and corrosion. He required one level sensor that can be reliably used across all their chemicals with an onboard display. For this reason, Flowline suggested our non-contact UG06 ultrasonic sensor.
