Wash System Chemical Feed Tank Ultrasonic Level Transmitter

When a New York manufacturer of truck, bus, train, aircraft and equipment wash systems needed reliable level measurement of their chemical feed tanks, they turned to Flowline. Cleaning chemicals are batched and dispensed from their chemical feed system. In which, level is used to make up each batch and determine when a new batch is needed. Here the engineer was dissatisfied with prior float level switches that would inevitably stick, cause failures and require field maintenance. For this reason, Flowline suggested our non-contact UG01 ultrasonic sensor that’s non-contact and unaffected by coating or corrosive media. The ultrasonic sensors provide reliable level data to the PLC, which monitors the feed tank and controls the batch make up. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
