When a Carolina oil reclamation company needed reliable level measurement of their wastewater storage tanks, they turned to Flowline. The firm transports, stores, filters and refines waste cooking oil and grease into biofuel for resale. Their process is quite dirty and the resulting waste stream is laden with residual oil and food particulates. The operator said that prior pressure level sensors would frequently clog and fail in their wastewater storage tanks, and he needed reliable level measurement. For this reason, Flowline suggested our non-contact UG06 ultrasonic sensor that reliably measures wastewwater. The ultrasonic sensors provide reliable level data to the PLC, which monitors the waste tanks and alarms for truck removal to offsite treatment. Flowline is reliable level measurement. |
