Flume Wastewater Open Channel Radar Flow Transmitter

When an Ohio steel manufacturer needed reliable flow measurement of their wastewater discharge flume, they turned to Flowline. The water treatment plant bills the company based on the monthly volume of wastewater that exits their plant through the flume each month. Fully exposed to the environment, the flume sees sun to snow and everything in between. The I&E technician emphasized that the reporting accuracy and reliability of this measurement is critical. He wanted a non-contact flow sensor, with a volumetric output and onboard display for easy sensor verification by his team.
