Water Trailer Tank Guided Wave Level Measurement

When a Utah heavy equipment company needed reliable level measurement of their water trailer tanks, they turned to Flowline. The 12,000 gallon tanks are deployed at earth moving sites, where dust clouds, agitated neighbors and related fines are an ongoing concern. Hence, water trucks work in concert with the earth movers to spray and tamp down the dust. Trailer tanks supply the trucks onsite and they too must be refilled. The operator wanted to install a metallic level sensor with indication on each trailer tank that would allow them to check the levels without climbing any ladders. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our LG10 guided wave sensor coupled with our LI55 level controller. Now a supervisor drive ups, plugs the display into his pickup truck AC port, verifies the status, and radios for water replenishment when needed. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
