Cannabis Fertigation Tank Ultrasonic Level Measurement

When a Nevada cannabis farm needed reliable level measurement of their nutrient supply tanks, they turned to Flowline. To maximize growth and bud yields, the farm continuously doses a custom mix of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium based liquid fertilizer into their irrigation system. Starting from concentrates, the blends are hand mixed and dosed from batch tanks. There the farmers had ongoing problems with pressure level sensors that failed due to coating and corrosion. For this reason, Flowline suggested our patented non-contact UG03 ultrasonic sensor that’s unaffected by corrosive or coating type media. The ultrasonic sensors provide reliable level data to the local display, which indicates the level in percent full and alarms when approaching empty. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
