Residential Sewer Waste Line Radar Level Transmitter

When a Nevada foothill mountain community needed reliable level measurement of their sewer expansion project, they turned to Flowline. Eighteen hilltop residences wished to be connected to an existing sewer line and pump lift station below. This required 80m of new sewer infrastructure, larger pumps in the lift station and reliable level measurement of both the sewer line and sump. The I&C project manager wanted a non-contact level sensor that’s unaffected by turbulence, foam or condensation, and one that measures reliably in limited space. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our LR80 radar sensor that’s impervious to such application variables, easy to install, configure and operates maintenance-free. The radar sensors provide reliable data to the SCADA which monitors the sewer line and sump, and controls the lift station pump transfers. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
