Reliable Batch Mix Tank Ultrasonic Level Sensor

When a Utah manufacturer needed reliable level measurement of their batch mix tanks, they turned to Flowline. The company blends etching solutions and level height is used to determine the amount of ingredients to add to each batch. The solutions are corrosive and they foam during and after mixing. Here the operator had problems with prior float level sensors due to corrosion, and he needed reliable level measurement.
