Non-Invasive Chemical Tank Radar Level Measurement

When an East Coast municipality needed reliable non-invasive level measurement of their sodium hypochlorite feed tanks, they turned to Flowline. The rural community utilizes many wells in their drinking water distribution system, and they dose NaOCI to mitigate pathogens at several injection sites. At this location, the system was installed and commissioned without the originally specified level sensors due to supply chain delays. Our distributor had LR80 radar sensors in stock and suggested they be installed non-invasively on each tank with our adhesive tank top fitting. This requires no downtime, no holes and leaves no plastic debris in the tank. Reliable measurement, easy installation.
