When the National Marine Aquarium in Baltimore needed reliable level measurement of their brine storage and animal quarantine tanks, they turned to Flowline. Core to their mission is the reliable monitoring, filtration and movement of purified saltwater throughout their exhibit and process tanks. In updating their level sensors, the I&E technician desired non-contact level measurement for water purity, separation from marine life and corrosion resistance. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our non-contact LU20 ultrasonic sensor with all plastic construction. The ultrasonic sensors provide reliable level data to the PLC, which monitors the tanks and controls their life support processes. Flowline is reliable level measurement. |
