When Easton Pennsylvania Middle School needed reliable level measurement of their sewer pump lift station, they turned to Flowline. The station services 2,300 students and faculty, collecting and transferring cafeteria, gym, bathroom and operational waste from the school to the treatment plant. Laden with feces, soap, paper, particulates and trash that can disable float level switches, the floats needed bi-annual cleaning and the school district was tired of paying for it. For this reason, Flowline suggested our non-contact LR30 radar sensor that’s unaffected by foam, turbulence, feces or trash. The radar sensor provides reliable level data to the SCADA, which monitors the station and controls the pumps. Flowline is reliable level measurement. |
