When a Pennsylvania manufacturer of vaccines needed reliable level measurement of their mix tanks, they turned to Flowline. They batch and blend biological additives to their clients specifications, and reliable non-contact level measurement is fundamental to their process. These are difficult applications with agitation, limited measurement space, and temperature induced condensation that can attenuate acoustic signals. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our patented UG06 ultrasonic sensor that features narrow 3″ beam widths and proprietary technology that’s unaffected by condensation.
