When a California power plant needed reliable level measurement of their wastewater lift stations, they turned to Flowline. The plant recently upgraded their water treatment system with the goal of recycling 100% of their wastewater. The I&C technician said he was dissatisfied with prior float level switches that would entangle due to turbulence, and they needed reliable level measurement. For this reason, Flowline suggested our non-contact LR30 radar sensor that’s unaffected by turbulence, grease or foam. The radar sensor provides reliable level data to the SCADA, which monitors the sumps and actuates the pump transfers. Flowline is reliable level measurement. |
