When a Southwest municipality needed reliable level monitoring of their sodium hypochlorite tank, they turned to Flowline. The treatment plant injects NaCIO into the main sewer line prior to it entering the facility. The plant manager explained that they had run out of chemical three times over the past year, and they were exploring options to remotely monitor tank level via their phones and browsers, with notifications for low-level and high-level. In addition, he was concerned with ease of install, configuration and reliability. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our LR80 radar sensor and HB01 level monitor that’s battery powered. The sensor was mounted non-invasively in our adhesive tank top fitting and connected to their PLC. The monitor was zip-tied to a nearby rail and turned ON. In minutes, service was established and BLE sensor data started pushing over the network to their team member phones and browsers. Flowline is reliable level monitoring. |
