AG Chemical Distributor Tank Radar Level Measurement

When a California agriculture chemical distributor needed reliable level measurement of their bulk tanks, they turned to Flowline. The firm receives, stores, dispenses and delivers liquid fertilizers, chemicals and organics to local farmers. From a level perspective, the media variables are diverse and range from corrosive to foaming and vaporous to coating. The operator said they wanted to standardize on one level sensor that can reliably measure all liquids. In addition, they required level indication for each tank for use in filling. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our non-contact LR80 radar sensor that’s unaffected by such variables, and easy to configure and use with our LevelTap app. The operator really liked the ability to directly check inventories from his phone, while walking through the tank farm.
