Bleach Chemical Feed Tank Ultrasonic Level Measurement

When an Alabama municipality needed reliable level measurement of their mini-bulk chemical tanks, they turned to Flowline. To improve treatment efficiency, disinfection begins in their sewer lift stations. There the plant steadily injects diluted sodium hypochlorite into each station. The operator explained that prior ultrasonic level sensors became unreliable during the summer months as condensation increased, resulting in nuisance alarms and frustration. For this reason, Flowline suggested our patented UG03 ultrasonic sensor that’s unaffected by condensation.
