Popsicle Dispenser Machine Ultrasonic Level Measurement

When a Missouri popsicle manufacturer needed reliable level measurement and control of their syrup dispensing tanks, they turned to Flowline. The company batches, mixes and packages popsicles for private label customers. Once blended, the syrup is pumped to their packaging dispensing tank. There the process engineer said that prior conductance level switches failed in this sticky media, causing production delays, and they needed reliable non-contact level measurement, indication and control. For this reason, Flowline suggested our DL14 ultrasonic sensor coupled with our LI55 level controller. The ultrasonic sensors ultrasonic sensor provide reliable level data to the controller, which indicates the syrup height in inches and controls the tank refill. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
