Laundry Chemical Day Tank Ultrasonic Level Sensor

When Dexter Laundry of Iowa needed reliable level measurement of their customer’s chemical day tanks, they turned to Flowline. Commercial laundries use a lot of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals. They are delivered to bulk storage tanks and then pumped to small day tanks throughout the plant. The diluted chemicals are mildly coating. The I&E technician wanted to measure the level in each day tank with an independent high and low level alarm. For these reasons, Flowline suggested our DL14 ultrasonic sensor for measurement and AXXX vibration switch for the alarms. The ultrasonic sensors provide reliable level data to the PLC, which monitors the tanks and controls their automatic refill. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
