Grain Truck Loading Bin Radar Level Transmitter

When a Midwest farmer needed reliable level measurement of their grain loading station, they turned to Flowline. Harvested kernels are stored awaiting transportation to their local coop. In preparation, grain is transferred to three elevated loading bins that gravity feed to the trucks below. There the operator monitors level indicators as each bin is filled and emptied. Farm maintenance said that prior bob type mechanical level sensors would often clog, require maintenance and they needed reliable level measurement. For this reason, Flowline suggested our non-contact LR41 radar sensor that provides maintenance-free level measurement.
