Flowline Level Alerts — SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description

Flowline Level Alerts is an SMS notification program operated by Flowline, Inc. as part of the Flowline Level Tap and Level Hub applications. Enrolled users receive text message alerts when their industrial tank level sensors cross a configured high or low level threshold, or change by more than a configured percentage between readings.

Opt-In

SMS alerts are off by default. You will only receive messages if you opt in from within your authenticated Flowline application account by (1) verifying your mobile phone number with a one-time verification code, and (2) explicitly enabling SMS alerts for one or more of your sensors. Consent to receive alerts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Alerts are event-driven and sent only when one of your sensors crosses an alert threshold you have configured. You may also receive one-time verification code messages when verifying your phone number.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Flowline does not charge for SMS alerts.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS alerts at any time. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You can also disable SMS alerts for any sensor from within the application. To re-enroll, reply START or re-enable SMS alerts in the application.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS alerts are a convenience notification channel and may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside Flowline’s control; they should not be relied upon as the sole safety or monitoring mechanism for critical processes.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the alerts described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties.

Changes to These Terms

Flowline may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
