Free 1 Year Warranty Extension
Qualifying Product
Based on our enhanced quality and customer satisfaction, Flowline now offers a free optional 1-year warranty extension on its non-contact ultrasonic level products that increases the warranty period on such products for a period, which is equal to the shorter of two years from the date of purchase or three years from the date of manufacture. To receive the extended warranty, the original purchaser must register their qualifying product within thirty (30) days of purchase by providing their valid part number, serial number, name, company and email address. An extended warranty registration receipt will be emailed to you for reference at the time of claim. Please refer to the below list of qualifying products.

EchoPod® DS14 1.25m Ultrasonic Switch & Controller with (4) Relays
Application
The general purpose, ultrasonic sensor provides non-contact level detection up to 49.2" (1.25m) with 4 SPST 60 VA 1A relays. The DS14 directly replaces contact switches connected to a PLC with 1-4 discrete points for easy design conversion or field retrofit. Each relay can be configured on a single set point alarm or latched on two sets for automatic fill or empty in simplex or duplex control modes with fail-safe logic. The embedded controller can replace external control hardware. The sensor is well suited for a wide range of corrosive, sticky or dirty type media. The DS14 is broadly selected for small atmospheric tank, IBC, drum, skid or process vessel, lift station and sump applications. Configuration
EchoPod is user configured via our WebCal software through the Fob USB interface tool. Configuration files can be easily created, saved, copied into one or more units, emailed or modified. Take control of your level process with WebCal's intuitive interface, pre-programmed menus, tank set point graphics and custom wiring diagrams for each configuration.
